Tracy has worked in the disability sector for approximately 25 years in both government and not-for-profit organisations and began her career as a Support Worker and Recreation Officer supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities. While working in government, she held a variety of roles, including contract management and service development of respite providers across Western Australia and the development and ongoing management of the People at Risk team. Tracy was the Chief Executive Officer for a disability advocacy organisation for over 5 years and played a key role in the organisation’s creation and growth. Prior to joining Diversity South, Tracy supported organisations to meet the requirements of their registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission through the development of resources and consultancy. Tracy has a strong focus on the rights of people with disability which has influenced the roles she has chosen throughout her career.
